^1.3 Urinalysis excludes cystocentesis for extracting urine if required.

^2.1 Emergency consultations are for an “emergency situation” that is assessed as an urgent or critical health problem that your pet may have. Emergency consultations do not include vaccinations, microchipping, nutritional counseling, nail clips, physical exams for your pet’s wellness, behavioral consultations and other such non-life-threatening care that is not urgent or critical in nature. Excludes sedation if required. Emergency consultations are not available at Adelaide Veterinary Specialist & Referral Centre, Dermatology for Animals and Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre. Emergency consultations are not included at Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Brisbane and are discounted only at 20% off.
