  • Exceptional organisation, communication and customer service skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable within a team environment;
  • Knowledge of Rx Works ideal but not essential.

  • High level of financial management, including daily reconciliation and managing debt;
  • Inventory control including ordering and stocktake;
  • Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives; and
  • Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing;
  • Previous experience as a Veterinary Nurse;
  • Proven experience in team management is highly regarded;
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills;
  • Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good business acumen;
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills.

Our large, purpose-built standalone clinic is fully equipped with IM3 GS deluxe dental equipment, digital xray, anaesthetic machines, Mythic 18 haematology, spot-chem bio-chem, ISmart electrolyte, two Isofluorane anaesthetic machines, Bair Hugger, Mindray Pulse ox and Nikki Pumps, wet prep bench and treatment benches, isolated kennel and cat rooms, multiple computer terminals and large comfortable consult rooms.

We are a driven and supportive team that all work towards the same goal to “make the world a happier place through the love of pets,” and would love to welcome a like-minded vet to lead our practice to greater success.
