Meet The Team

Hannah Lambert

Hannah Lambert

Veterinary Nurse

Hannah grew up on a farm in the Cairns region and moved to Townsville in 2019 to study. She started her nursing internship with the Greencross Fairfield team in 2021 and quickly realised that veterinary nursing was her passion.

In 2022 she moved to Melbourne for a year and worked across multiple clinics in the Victorian region. This allowed her to further develop her skills as a nurse and Practice Manager. After deciding that busy city life was not for her, she moved back to Townsville in early 2023.

Hannah has a keen interest in surgical and emergency nursing, but also enjoys the challenges managing a clinic brings. In her spare time, you will find her camping, hanging out with her dogs, or riding her horses.

Nikita Sibson

Nikita Sibson

Veterinarian

Nikita was born in Townsville and spent her younger years growing up on a hobby farm surrounded by a plethora of animals including goats, cattle and chickens. As a child she brought home a variety of injured animals to nurse back to health, which is where her love of veterinary medicine began.

Nikita graduated from JCU in 2023 and has an interest in small animal medicine and surgery as well as wildlife and exotics. In her spare time, she enjoys crochet, baking, video games and spending time with her family.

Catherine Cromb

Catherine Cromb

Veterinarian

Catherine was born and raised in Victoria, she grew up riding horses, motorbikes, and play with her older brother and younger sister. She met her husband in 2008 while she was studying a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Biosciences at Latrobe University. Catherine has always enjoyed being around animals and knew she wanted to work with them.
After completing her first degree in Victoria, she realised she also loved animal medicine, so made the decision to go back to university to study Veterinary Science.

In 2017, her and her husband relocated to Townsville to enable Catherine to begin her Veterinary Science degree at JCU: James Cook University.
When she is not caring for animals in the clinic, Catherine loves to go camping with friends and experiencing all the beautiful swimming spots around Townsville.

Carissa Faulkner

Carissa Faulkner

Veterinary Nurse

Growing up in the rural town of Barraba, NSW, where animals out numbered people, Carissa has always been surrounded by animals. Her favorite place to visit was her grandfathers’ farm where she could feed the pigs, cows, sheep, horses, ducks, chickens, ferrets and rabbits. Carissa first realised she wanted to work with animals after an unfortunate accident with her dog that followed with several visits to the local vets, she was fascinated with watching the progress of my dogs’ health. Her first job working with animals was at one of the largest RSPCA’s in the country in Melbourne, where she was enjoyed to no end being able to walk dogs, groom cats and socialise rabbits.

Having completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, she plans to continue her professional education and achieve a Certificate IV in captive animals.
