Why Join Greencross?
At Greencross Vets our purpose is to share our love and passion for animals through the pursuit of veterinary excellence. We understand the human-animal bond and are committed to helping our clients achieve the best possible outcomes for their pets. We build great teams that love what they do, know they make a difference in our community and take pride in leading the veterinary industry in animal health and welfare.
Kick start your career!
We have designed our Vet Graduate Program to meet the needs of our newest colleagues. We know graduates want a supportive learning environment, mentorship, career progression and both clinical and professional development. Our 12 month Graduate program provides opportunities across our large network of General Practices, Emergency, Specialist and Referral hospitals and with our partnered not-for-profit organisations. The Greencross program features a 5 day induction, mentor program, shelter and international placement programs, practical workshops, online learning, access to an international coach and an invitation to our veterinary clinical symposium, one of the largest clinical symposiums in Australia. Our goal is to ensure our Graduates feel valued for their work and rewarded for their contribution to the team.

Greencross Vets provide graduates with the opportunity to grow their career within our network of almost 180 General Practice, Emergency and Specialty Referral hospitals across Australia as well as leadership and corporate career pathways.
