Krystal Herbert

Practice Manager

As our practice manager Krystal, brings a wealth of knowledge for both domestic pets and wildlife. She graduated with a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing after years of hands-on experience and training.
In her career, she has worked at a shelter as head nurse and at Australia Zoo as a rover and zookeeper!
She has incredible leadership skills and is the practice manager for both Greencross Caloundra and Maroochydore. She has recently become 2IC for the Brisbane North region, applying her leadership skills in varying ways.
When not working, Krystal has her hands full with two children, a husband, two German Shepard’s, Dyson and Eevee, and two cats, Luna and Pickles – quite the menagerie!
She feels so privileged to be working with such an amazing and supportive team at Greencross Caloundra and Maroochydore.

Dr. Monique Einsiedel

Veterinary Director

Dr Monique has been with Greencross Caloundra for many years and considers it her second family.
In 2024, she became the Veterinary Director of Greencross Caloundra.
Monique is loved by her team and clients and has been awarded numerous awards including the Greencross National Vet Associate of the Year in 2023 and the Greencross National Vet Associate of the Year in 2024.
She has a strong interest in small animal medicine and is currently studying to undertake further exams in this area. One of her favourite things at work is performing ultrasonography. Her favourite patients are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels!
In her spare time, Monique enjoys relaxing with her cheeky ginger cat Walter and her little dog Alfie.

Brodie Neilson

Veterinary Nurse

Brodie began her vet nursing journey in 2021 with the Greencross internship program.
She has completed a Cert II in Animal Care & Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing as well as further Emergency and Critical Care studies. Brodie has a keen interest in internal medicine. Brodie enjoys working closely with our hospital patients and helping them overcome and medically manage their conditions, to ensure a quick recovery and improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
When not at the clinic she enjoys baking, gaming, and spending time with her three cats, Loki, Bishka and Hinata.

Natasha Genge

Veterinary Nurse

Natasha’s vet nurse journey began in 2018, in her senior high school years, where she gained experience in a vet clinic.
She has a keen interest in surgical nursing and caring for patients post-op. She has had a great opportunity to be apart of the chemotherapy team at Greencross and has thoroughly enjoyed being apart of each patient’s journey.
In her spare time, Natasha enjoys gardening and relaxing with her labrador, Huxley.

Taylah Mills

Veterinary Nurse

From a young age, Taylah knew she wanted to work with animals. She would dress up as a vet on career days in school!
Taylah began her vet nursing journey back in 2019 where she completed the Greencross internship program and went on to finish her Cert IV with the Greencross Caloundra team.
Taylah has a keen interest in wildlife and mental health. She has completed training in wildlife and is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Officer. Her other interests in clinic include pet nutrition, diagnostics and cytology.
During her time at Greencross, Taylah has become the student mentor to the Cert II’s and helps with training the Cert IV nurses.
In her spare time, she is an avid gym-goer, she enjoys reading, socialising and being in the outdoors.

Rachelle Loney

Head Veterinary Nurse

Rachelle started her journey with the Greencross Caloundra team during her university placement in 2017, followed by employment shortly after. In March 2021, she became Head Nurse of the clinic.
Rachelle has a keen interest in surgical nursing and radiology. In 2024 she completed her Diploma in Surgical Nursing and is always willing to help her colleagues.
She is an excellent team leader and very supportive of her nursing team! Rachelle is also a mentor for the Cert IV students and a great teacher.
In her spare time, Rachelle does aerials, enjoys the outdoors and going to live music/gigs. She has a little Jack Russell called Charlie and a cockatiel called Linc.  

June Collins

Receptionist

June has been the clients first point of contact at Greencross Vets as our receptionist for over two decades, and her warm smile makes everyone feel safe and cared for.
She really enjoys that no day is the same at Greencross Vets and that the team works relentlessly to provide all patients and their pet parents with compassion and respect they deserve.

When June is not at work, she can be found keeping fit, spending time with family and friends and the beach and bush are two of her favourite places. She has a rescue cat called Mindy who enjoys spending time in the sun.
