Our Services.

Greencross Vets Fairfield offer a comprehensive range of professional veterinary services to cater for all your pet care needs utilising the latest diagnostic equipment.

Getting your pet desexed (neutered or spayed) is essential to their health. All Greencross Vets facilities are completely sterile and use the latest in surgical equipment.

Prevention is the best medicine. Kitten and puppy vaccinations (injections) and adult pet vaccinations prevent disease. Get your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date.

Heartworm Prevention

Heartworm can be hard to detect, but it needn’t be hard to prevent. Greencross Vets recommends year round heartworm prevention. Ask your vet about prevention today.

Greencross Vets offer a range of dentistry services like cat and dog teeth cleaning. Consider us your pet’s veterinarian and dentist combined.

Greencross Vets clinics are equipped with high-quality radiograph equipment including X-ray machines, automatic processors, and X-ray view equipment.

Clinical Pathology

Clinical pathology allows our vets to analyse and diagnose health conditions. Common laboratory tests include blood tests, urinalysis, faecal tests and biopsy examination.

Laboratory Testing

The latest in-house laboratory equipment allows our vets to perform a range of diagnostic tests to achieve accurate, rapid diagnosis of your pets’ health status.

Meet The Team

Dr. Annaliese Watson

Dr. Annaliese Watson

I recently graduated from James Cook University here in Townsville and joined Greencross Vets. Growing up in Brisbane I knew I wanted to pursue a veterinary career and was very lucky to go into my degree straight after high school. As a child, I have always had a love of animals and have a drive to ensure they are cared for with love and respect. Outside of work I can be found attending local markets, dance classes and completing ‘impossible’ jigsaw puzzles. Along with finding lots of dogs to pat along the way. I have been fortunate enough to have travelled extensively internationally, due to my Italian and English heritage. My favourite places in the world being Venice, Italy and anything ‘Disney’.

Caitlin Jones

Caitlin Jones

Practice Manager and Veterinary Nurse
I began veterinary nursing in 2011 when I completed my Certificate II and I joined the Greencross Kelso team in 2012. I completed my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2015. During this time, I participated in the NQWC volunteer group to learn how to further aid in the care of wildlife that presented to our clinic, conducted puppy preschool classes and jumped at any opportunity to further continue my education.

I love being able to provide our patients with the best level of nursing care and support our community by helping to educate pet parents about preventative care.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing with Louis, my French bulldog. I also spend my time scuba diving, paddle boarding, participating in trail runs and going on hikes.

I started working for Greencross Vets Annandale as a School-Based Trainee in October 2015 where I completed a Certificate II in animals studies which boosted my career into the Veterinary industry. I was offered afternoon and weekend work after I completed my traineeship until I finished high school. Since then I have moved to the clinic Greencross Vets Fairfield where I have gained more experience in nursing and client care. My passion for animals started very young where I decided I wanted to become a Vet at the ripe old age of 10. I was fascinated by animals and knew that wherever my future was headed, there was going to be animals involved. My current future plans are to study Medical Laboratory Science so that I can move into the pathology side of the Veterinary industry. If you can’t find me at the clinic, I will be either studying or hanging out with friends.
