Our Services.

Greencross Vets Maroochydore offer a comprehensive range of professional veterinary services to cater for all your pet care needs utilising the latest diagnostic equipment.

Getting your pet desexed (neutered or spayed) is essential to their health. All Greencross Vets facilities are completely sterile and use the latest in surgical equipment.

Prevention is the best medicine. Kitten and puppy vaccinations (injections) and adult pet vaccinations prevent disease. Get your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date.

Heartworm Prevention

Heartworm can be hard to detect, but it needn’t be hard to prevent. Greencross Vets recommends year round heartworm prevention. Ask your vet about prevention today.

Greencross Vets offer a range of dentistry services like cat and dog teeth cleaning. Consider us your pet’s veterinarian and dentist combined.

An ultrasound is a painless diagnostic procedure that allows vets to take a closer look at your pet’s health. We only use the latest technology for the most accurate diagnoses.

Greencross Vets clinics are equipped with high-quality radiograph equipment including X-ray machines, automatic processors, and X-ray view equipment.

Clinical Pathology

Clinical pathology allows our vets to analyse and diagnose health conditions. Common laboratory tests include blood tests, urinalysis, faecal tests and biopsy examination.

Laboratory Testing

The latest in-house laboratory equipment allows our vets to perform a range of diagnostic tests to achieve accurate, rapid diagnosis of your pets’ health status.

Meet The Team

Polly Elliott

“I am a Cert IV vet nurse who enjoys a cuddle with all creatures great and small. I grew up in UK with dogs, cats, rabbits (lucky enough), guinea pigs and hamsters all as part as my family!
Now, here in Australia I have 2 dogs Harley (a chocolate Labrador) and Spud (a golden labradane) who I adore. I also have two guinea pigs Samson & Delilah. I really enjoy working at this clinic as it gives me the opportunity to follow my passion and nurse and care for all kinds of animals.”

Hi, I’m Natalie. I hold a Certificate IV vet nurse qulaification and the I’m the Practice Manager here at Maroochydore. It is cliché but I love our fluffy four legged friends and enjoy spending time with them. Ensuring your pets receive the attention and treatment they require while meeting your needs and expectations is my priority. As a manager & nurse I am always here to help and listen to what is on your mind. I have 2 love dogs named Jack (golden retriever) and Jill (chocolate Labrador) who are my babies. And no, I do not have favourites!

Dr Charles Morze BVSc

Dr Charles Morze BVSc

Dr Charles has an extensive career in the veterinary industry spanning nearly forty years. He grew up in South Africa where he began his veterinary career and developed a passion for treating exotic animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and birds; who have specific heath requirements that differ to those of more traditional domestic pets. In 1996 he moved to New Zealand and worked in a number of different practices where he has treated animals of all shapes and sizes, before opening a general practice in Tauranga. Charles has worked in several other practices in Queensland before moving to the Sunshine Coast and taking over the Maroochydore vet clinic in 2007. He is well known for providing outstanding work with challenging medical cases and will always go the extra mile to ensure the greatest care for your pet.

Steph Hackney

Steph Hackney

Hi there, my name is Steph and I am a Certificate 4 Veterinary Nurse.

Growing up, I was always surrounded by animals. We had goats, dogs, pet turtles and loads of wildlife around us. Now, I have an adorable energy filled Kelpie and 2 guinea pigs who I love very much. I really love my job but when I am not at the clinic I enjoy running, reading, listening to music and taking my stand up paddle board for a spin.

The best part about being a Veterinary Nurse is knowing that I have the ability to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients and clients every single day.
