Dr James Holder
James has extensive experience in the veterinary industry, graduating from the University of Bristol (UK) in 1998. After working in a number of small animal practices throughout England, James made the exciting move to Shanghai, China in 2002 where he has managed two clinics. During this time he worked as the Medical Directory for Second Chance Animal Aid (SCAA), a private non-profit organisation committed to protecting and improving the health and welfare of companion animals through education, healthcare, advocacy, outreach, adoption and the promotion of foster care as an alternative approach to traditional shelters. At the end of 2013, he and his family moved to Perth, where he is able to continue his interest in all aspects of veterinary practice particularly ophthalmology, preventative healthcare, orthopaedics and behaviour. When hes not in the clinic, yo willl find him playing rugby for UWA, going to Fame Trivia quizzes, walking Apollo and enjoying the beaches of WA.
We first met Tianna as a Vet Nursing student in 2019 and after graduating later that year she became apart of our team. Tianna has a special interest with exotics and is planning to study more in that area. Tianna loves to surround herself with animals at work and at home with her 2 rats Ian and Spoon her dog Francis and 5 king quails.
