Greencross Vets Narellan is a brand new, purpose built clinic, located with Petbarn off Narellan Road.

Our experienced Greencross Vets team led by Veterinary Director Michael Yazbeck and Practice Manager Liz Campbell is passionate about providing exceptional care for your pets.

We offer a comprehensive range of veterinary services, as well as have a visiting orthopaedic surgeon and ultrasonographer, to provide full 360 degree care for you and your fur family.

The state-of-the-art clinic will feature four consult rooms, a dedicated surgical theatre and the latest diagnostic equipment. And with a convenient location next to Petbarn, now all your pet care needs will be under one woof!

Our Services

Greencross Vets Narellan offer a comprehensive range of professional veterinary services to cater for all your pet care needs utilising the latest diagnostic equipment.

Desexing

Getting your pet desexed (neutered or spayed) is essential to their health. All Greencross Vets facilities are completely sterile and use the latest in surgical equipment.

Vaccinations

Prevention is the best medicine. Kitten and puppy vaccinations (injections) and adult pet vaccinations prevent disease. Get your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date.

Heartworm Prevention

Heartworm can be hard to detect, but it needn’t be hard to prevent. Greencross Vets recommends year round heartworm prevention. Ask your vet about prevention today.

Dentistry

Greencross Vets offer a range of dentistry services like cat and dog teeth cleaning. Consider us your pet’s veterinarian and dentist combined.

Rachael Jamieson

Rachael Jamieson

Head Veterinary Nurse

Rachael completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2019, before joining the Greencross family in early 2020. In 2022, Rachael began studying a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology at Charles Sturt University to gain more knowledge and experience.

Rachael joined the Greencross Campbelltown team as a casual during 2022 whilst studying and went on to join the Narellan team full time as the Head Veterinary Nurse in October 2023. Rachael has a keen interest in small animal hospital care and emergency.

Outside of work, Rachael spends most of her time staying active at the gym, socialising with friends and caring for her blue staffy, Zena.

Dr Samuel Horner

Veterinary Associate

Samuel completed a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience with first class Honours in 2014 and graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Sydney in 2019. Sam then went on to successfully complete a 12-month rotating Equine Internship at the University of Adelaide’s Equine Health and Performance Centre. He then spent two years in mixed practice on the south coast of NSW, before joining Greencross Vets Campbelltown in 2022 and Greencross Vets Narellan in 2023.

Sam’s clinical interests include small animal medicine, dermatology and surgery.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and spending time with his two horses Hugo and Lamb, and his Ragdoll cat Fenty.

Abbey Cormack

Veterinary Nurse Intern

Abbey joined the team at Greencross Vets Wetherill Park in August 2023 as a Veterinary Nurse Intern prior to transferring to our Narellan team in November 2023. Abbey is due to complete her Certificate II in Animal Studies in June 2024, with plans to undertake her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.

Abbey has a love of all animals, big and small. At home, she has two Cavalier King Charles Spaniel’s – Ruby and Jack and in her free time enjoys riding her two horses – Seren and Iceson.

Alyssa joined our team at Greencross Vets Campbelltown as a placement student in 2022, prior to joining our Wetherill Park and Narellan teams on a part time basis in 2023. Aly is currently undertaking her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and is due to complete her studies in December 2023. She has completed her Certificate ll and lll in Animal Studies. Aly has a keen interest in surgical and medical nursing.

Aly is a proud mum of “Ernie” (bearded dragon) and her darling “Poppy” the cat.

Rebecca graduated from James Cook University in 2021, before joining the Greencross Vets team in Helensvale Square. Rebecca joined the team at Greencross Vets Campbelltown and Narellan in 2023 after relocating to Sydney.

Bec’s clinical interests include small animal medicine, dermatology and surgery.

At home she has two dogs: “Zeus” a Husky X Malamute and “Maleena” a German Shepherd X Malamute. Bec enjoys relaxing with a good book, watching Netflix and catching up with friends.

Sarah joined our team in 2018 as a placement student whilst completing her Veterinary Nursing studies. In 2019, Sarah successfully completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and is now one of our full-time nurses. She has a keen interest in both medical and surgical nursing.

When Sarah is not working she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her two dogs “Lilah” a Cattle Dog x Staffy and “Molly” a Labrador.

Senior Veterinary Nurse

Ellie joined the Greencross Vets team in 2016 as a placement student whilst completing her studies. Prior to completing her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2017, she completed her Certificate II in Animal Studies and a Diploma In Counselling at the Australian Applied College of Psychology.

Upon graduating her veterinary nursing certificate, Ellie worked in animal welfare, in the hopes of assisting many homeless animals find their forever homes. Although passionate about rehabilitation and rescue, Ellie made her way back to the team on a full time basis in 2019, where she recommenced her true passion – veterinary nursing.

Ellie has a special interest in animal behaviour and emergency nursing. At home, Ellie has ten cats (Mango, Jack, Tilly, Zara, Bella, Narla, Eden, Ruby, Wednesday and Bee), four dogs (Sadie, Charlotte, Penelope and Angus), and two guinea pigs (Inka and Rosie).

Dr Michael Yazbeck

Veterinary Director

Michael graduated from the University of Sydney in 2015, after having made it onto the Veterinary Faculty Dean’s List of Excellence in Academic Performance and becoming the proud recipient of the Australian Small Animal Veterinary Association Prize for Medicine and Surgery. He joined the Campbelltown team in early 2016 and was nominated for New Graduate of the Year, and in 2017 was awarded Veterinary Associate of the Year. Michael became the Veterinary Director of Campbelltown in 2019 and more recently Narellan in 2023.

Michael has a keen interest in small animal surgery, internal and emergency medicine, and loves solving interesting cases. Michael obtained his Memberships in Small Animal Medicine in 2022 and received the Chapter Award for ranking number 1 in Australia and New Zealand. His biggest highlight to date has been travelling to South Africa to work with all sorts of animals, from local village dogs to wild giraffes.

Michael’s furry family include his cat Pepper and three dogs Bodhi, Arnie and Stevie. He enjoys going to the beach, listening to music and practicing yoga.

Veterinary Associate

Cynthia completed a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience with first class Honours in 2013 and graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Sydney in 2018. She has over six years nursing experience throughout her time at university and volunteered as an animal attendant in high school prior to this.

Cynthia joined the team at Greencross Vets Campbelltown as a nurse in 2016 and transitioned to a veterinary position in early 2019 where she was nominated for New Graduate of the Year. Cynthia is passionate about veterinary behaviour and strives to educate owners about training, stress free approaches to handling and medical management of behavioural disorders.

Cynthia owns “Toby”, a very clever Border Collie X who is always learning new tricks. Her other pets include “Miau” the naughty tortie and “Harry” the budgerigar.

Liz Campbell

Practice Manager

Liz has over 15 year’s industry experience working in both GP and Emergency clinics. She has led the Campbelltown team from its inception in 2015 and more recently Narellan in 2023. Liz was nominated for Practice Manager of the Year in 2017. Liz’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, Diploma of Business and Pro Groomer Level 1 and Level 2. She has a keen interest in imaging and advanced surgical and medical nursing.

Liz is an avid horse rider who has competed at National and State level in Dressage. At home she has two dogs: “Juice” the Greyhound and “Satchmo” the Schnoodle, and a Dutch Warmblood horse: “Imaren”. Her home is also ruled by her Ragdoll X “Aurora”.
