My name is Fanta, AKA Ginge.
I have been residing at Gx Southport for roughly 2 years. I am a fully qualified escape artist (I may only have 3 legs but I can move) and have mastered the art of receiving multiple dinners/meals.
The ladies like to think they’re in charge, but actually I am the boss.
I look forward to greeting you at your next visit, I will be waiting at the door (waiting to slip out).
Melanie has spent over 10 years working within the animal industry.
She has recently completed her certificate IV in veterinary nursing while working at Southport.
Mel has a keen interest in guinea pigs and pet grooming.
At home she has a spirited ginger cat named ‘Miley’ and 4 guinea pigs.
I’m Natalie, I’m 35 years old and from England. I came to Australia in 2009 and fell in love with this country.
I studied my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing so that I could pursue my passion for all animals and can honestly say that I love my job as I look forward to each day no matter the challenges.
All my days off are spent with my Aussie Bulldog, Stan, aka Mr Pigglesworth.

My first day on the job I discovered my passion in life and have been lucky enough to work within Greencross and my chosen field ever since. I Made the transition from veterinary nurse to Practice manager over several years, and have been with our Southport team since 2013.
I have 2 fur babies. A gorgeous, cheeky, chubby Chihuahua x called Coco, And a very handsome, Energetic blue staffy called Opie. They’re partners in crime and know how to keep me on my toes!

I am a passionate small animal veterinarian from sunny South Africa.
I qualified for my Bsc (Veterinary Biology) degree in 2010 and BVsc (Veterinary Science) degree in November 2014 at the University of Pretoria, Onderstepoort campus.
I had the companionship of a wonderfully intelligent Rat Terrier in SA for 13 years but she sadly passed away in April this year.
In the future I would love to have a pet rat or two…they are super cute and highly intelligent little balls of fun!
My hobbies are reading, reading and more reading! With some hiking in between of course.
The best way to pay for a lovely moment is to enjoy it. (Richard Bach)
