Sally has had a varied career split between her twin passions for animals and writing. In pursuit of these, she’s spent her days with tigers, monkeys and penguins as a zookeeper, crafted words and products as a communications specialist, and cared for creatures of all kinds as a Certificate IV-qualified vet nurse. She shares her home with kelpie Scout and two handsome cats, Darcy and Newt. In her spare time, she likes to tap dance, fly planes and read anything she can get her hands on.
