Dr Brandon

Veterinarian

Dr. Brandon graduated in 2021 from the University of Liverpool, and worked as a veterinarian in the UK until making the big move to Australia in October 2024, joining our team very shortly after. Dr. Brandon has a keen interest in soft tissue surgery and outside of work he enjoys exploring his new home in Australia and watching the NFL – GO New England Patriots!! You may also spot him at our sister clinics Greencross Crown Street and Greencross Fairy Meadow where he splits his time, offering compassionate care to all our furry patients.

Brittney

Brittney graduated from her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2022 and started working for Greencross at the end of 2024. Her favourite part about her job is getting involved with dental procedures and ensuring an excellent standard of patient care is given to all her patients. When she is not at work she enjoys going for a bush walk and going to the beach. She has 2 pets, a dog called Charli and five mini silver shark fish.

Dr Rebecca

Dr Rebecca joined our team in January 2025 as one of our new graduate veterinarians. She graduated in January 2025 at Sydney University. Rebecca has fit in very well and is a great addition to the team. She has a particular interest in Small Animal Surgery and animal behaviour. When she isn’t at work you can find her heading to the beach, cooking, paining and being a DIY guru!

Savannah

Sav has been working for Greencross for 6 months.

Her favourite part about the job is meeting new people and their pets. 

Her future plans are to finish her vet nursing certificate and become a qualified nurse. 

Outside of work you’ll find her spending time with her cat Loki, reading and gaming.

Mandy

Practice Manager

Mandy joined our team in December 2020 but has been a Veterinary Nurse for over a decade. She is our amazing Practice Manager and her excellence won her the Practice Manager of the year award at our National Greencross Symposium in 2022. She has a special interest in rehabilitation in dogs and has completed a scholarship for canine remedial massage. She enjoys spending time with her beautiful German Shepherd Memphis and her bird Clover. In her spare time Mandy likes to go for road trips along the coast, spend time with family and friends and she is a super star cake baker!

Annie

Veterinary Nurse

Annie started with our team in January 2022 whilst studying for her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. She graduated in 2023 and is now working as a fully qualified nurse across multiple Greencross clinics. Her favourite part of the job is taking care of all the hospital patients and assisting in surgery. She hopes to one day continue her learning and progress to working as an emergency nurse.

Laura

Veterinary Nurse

Laura started with our team in November 2022. She moved to Australia in 2011 from New Zealand where she completed her Diploma of Veterinary Nursing. Laura’s favourite part of being a vet nurse is preventative health and medical nursing. She has two beautiful dogs named Scooby and Penni. When she is not working you can find her hanging out with her family and friends.

Dr Ashley

Veterinarian

Dr Ashley graduated in his hometown in the UK in 2011 and came to Australia to come and work at Greencross Vets in 2018. You will also find him working at Greencross Vets Fairy Meadow and as one of the Emergency Veterinarian’s at the Animal Referral Hospital Wollongong. He has a little Blue Tongue Skink named Flip at home. Dr Ashley takes a particular interest in soft tissue surgery in all animals but especially small pocket pets, reptiles and rabbits.
In his own time, he is a keen photographer and loves exploring the outdoors!

Nathan

Veterinary Nurse

Nathan originally started his journey as our Greencross Vet Nurse Intern in July 2019. After completing his Certificate II in Animal Studies, Nathan then went on to studying for his Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. In 2020 he joined our team as one of our Junior Vet Nurses and continues to develop his skills and qualifications as a veterinary nurse.
Nathan enjoys a lot of things about his job but takes a particular interest in working in the laboratory, running all sorts of diagnostic tests. He also loves that he gets to work as part of a small, close knit team that is filled with amazing Vets and Nurses.
When not in the clinic, you can find him spending time with his wife, two children, his cocker spaniel Rubble, and his two cats Nala and Simba.

Aimee

Veterinary Nurse

Aimee has been apart of our team since 2014, she started as a one of our work placement students and has since completed her Certificate II in Animal Studies and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. She has a great passion for reptiles, birds and our native wildlife. Aimee’s favourite part about the job is surgical and medical nursing including exotic and pocket pet surgery/nursing. She has a particular interest in emergency and critical care and you can find her working at the Animal Referral Hospital in Wollongong. When she is not at work she loves spending time with her cat Lily, camping and traveling Australia with her partner, all whilst caring for her large collection of reptiles at home!

Dr Ashlinn

Veterinary Director

Dr Ashlinn graduated from The University of Sydney in 2010 and has since worked across several of our Greencross clinics in the Illawarra. For the past six years she taken on the role as Veterinary Director at our clinic here at Warilla/Shellcove. She has a keen interest in small animal surgical cases and also enjoys day to day GP consulting such as cute puppy checkups! Any spare time she has is dedicated to her wonderful family which includes her husband, her 2 daughters and her rescue pup Harry.

Matile

Veterinary Nurse

Matile has worked with Greencross as a Vet Nurse for over a decade! She has always loved animals and lives on a farm with her husband, her kids and pets. Her pet family consist of, a lot of cows, a horse named Edward, a cat named Ted and 2 very active dogs named Raven and Jiffy. Matile has a passion for customer care and loves helping and greeting all of our clients and their pets at the front desk. Being a vet nurse is a very rewarding job for Matile and her favourite part of her job is caring for all the animals in hospital and nursing them back to recovery.

Rebecca

Veterinary Nurse

Bec has been a apart of our team for 10 years now. She lives with her husband and 2 kids, as well as her cheeky ginger domestic short hair Arnie. Her favourite part of the job is surgical nursing and seeing patients go home happy and healthy after treating them. When she isn’t at work you can find her hanging out with her friends and family, or at the beach!
