Practice Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the veterinary industry, Sue holds both a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing. Her career began immediately after finishing school, gaining hands-on experience in private practice alongside a bird specialist veterinarian before dedicating ten years to the RSPCA, where Sue ultimately served as Head Nurse. This period not only enhanced her clinical expertise but also fostered a lifelong commitment to animal welfare. Sue is a mother of three, grandmother to two, and pet parent to two dogs, Banjo and Max, a cat named Alfie, and a lizard called Zeus. She consistently strives to deliver the highest standard of care to her patients and their families.

After stepping back to focus on raising her family, Sue transitioned into education, spending fourteen years teaching Animal Care at TAFE and shaping the next generation of veterinary professionals. Although she found teaching deeply rewarding, her desire for daily engagement with animals and their owners led her back to private practice, where she has successfully managed veterinary teams for the past seven years. Since early 2023, she has been a valued member of the Greencross Wyoming team, collaborating with veterinarians and nurses who share her dedication.
