We are a large purpose built animal hospital located on 'Tuggerah Straight', Pacific Highway at Tuggerah. We are open 7 days a week (excluding public holidays) for your convenience!

Our team of friendly veterinary clinicians and nurses are committed to providing the highest quality of care for our patients and the very best service for our clients. We are truly 'Passionate about Pets' and we love what we do!

The practice offers a comprehensive range of professional veterinary services to cater for all your pet needs. Ranging from preventative health care to weight loss programs through to surgery and diagnostic medicine. We also offer our popular Puppy Preschool classes, boarding for both dogs and cats (with air conditioning options) and professional grooming!

We support several rescue groups on the Central Coast as well as the wildlife network (WIRES and Wildlife Arc).

With seperated dog and cat waiting areas, we hope to ensure that your pets experience with us is as stress free as possible!

Our team of veterinary professionals are constantly undertaking and continuing their education so you and your pets benefit from the latest advances in veterinary science.

Greencross Vets Wyong offer a comprehensive range of professional veterinary services to cater for all your pet care needs utilising the latest diagnostic equipment.


Getting your pet desexed (neutered or spayed) is essential to their health. All Greencross Vets facilities are completely sterile and use the latest in surgical equipment.


Prevention is the best medicine. Kitten and puppy vaccinations (injections) and adult pet vaccinations prevent disease. Get your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date.

Heartworm Prevention

Heartworm can be hard to detect, but it needn’t be hard to prevent. Greencross Vets recommends year round heartworm prevention. Ask your vet about prevention today.

Meet The Team

Brittany McCann

Brittany McCann

Brittany has recently completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and is enjoying her time getting to know all of her clients and patients. Britt is the proud owner of two beautiful Labradors Bella and JD and an adventurous little Russian Blue kitten, Elsa. All three of them constantly keep her on her toes! When she was younger she would tell everyone that Steve Irwin was her Dad and that she would one day be just like him and help save all the animals of the world. Brittany brings this enthusiasm to work with her everyday!

Dr Anne Dampney

Dr Anne Dampney

Anne grew up in Sydney, and has always had a love of animals. She was lucky enough to have a menagerie of pets including a dog, cat, mice, rabbits, fish, and a horse on the weekends. After studying Veterinary Science at Sydney University she went over to England in 2006, and worked in a busy small animal hospital. Anne loves to travel, and while living in England she camper banned around Europe, and went backpacking through India and Sri Lanka.

After coming back to Australia, Anne and her husband decided to move up to the Central Coast. Anne has two dogs, Harper (kelpie) and Olive (a border collie), a cat, Simba, chooks and a horse, Finn. Anne has recently moved to Greencross Wyong from another clinic where she had been working for the past three years.

Anne has a special interest in medicine. She is currently completing a post graduate distance education course in small animal medicine.

Dr Emma Brauer

Dr Emma Brauer

Emma graduated from Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, but prior to this grew up in Sydney. Emma has 2 horses (Pepe an Arabian Riding Pony and Padre a thoroughbred), 2 dogs – Arnie (greyhound) and Bondi (Jack Russell x) and 2 cats – Jinx and George. In her spare time she competes in Showjumping and Eventing.

Dr Lee Dwyer

Lee joins the Greencross Vets Wyong family with over 13 yrs veterinary experience. A Central Coast local, Lee spent 12 months in London working as a vet and also has many years of experience in small animal practice and emergency centres. Lee enjoys the Coast lifestyle with her family which includes her 2 dogs, Rodney and Mandy, both staffies and 2 cats, Mooey and Kenny. In her spare time Lee enjoys going to the beach, swimming, exercising with her dogs, eating chocolate and reading.

Michelle Rech

Michelle Rech

Michelle started at Greencross 10 years ago as a groomer. During her time she has gone from grooming to gaining her certificate in Vet Nursing. She has been the head nurse for a number of years that also stepped up to help fill in for the practice managers role during her maternity leave. For the last two years she has been the practice manger full time. Her favorite part of her job is assisting with surgery. She is a crazy animal lover who owns 3 dogs, 2 cats and a bird at home. She is always up for a cuddle with patients and expanding her knowledge.

Qualification’s: Animal Studies Cert 2 and Veterinary Nursing Cert 4

Pass time and hobbies: Rhiannon has lived on the central coast her whole life, has always loved animals and always wanted to work with them, now that she is, it is the most rewarding job she has ever had, everyday is different and she feels she is lucky enough to work with such an amazing team. She has 2 dogs, Bonki and Thor and Captain the cat.

Rhonda Maclean

Rhonda Maclean

Rhonda is our part time experienced groomer who has been grooming for over 20 years. Rhonda has 5 dogs and loves rescuing pets.

She has had a close association with animals all of her life having raised a variety of different species including fish, rats, mice, birds, horses, cattle, goats, and of course dogs and cats so it was only natural that Rhonda works with animals. Grooming suits her perfectly, she gets to play with lots of dogs and cats and she enjoys every minute of it.

Rhonda’s pastime and hobbies include: Aquaculture, art, reading, computers and playing with her dogs.
