Although Greencross Vets is part of a national organisation our practice is run and managed by a team of dedicated vets, nurses and support staff who understand and value the bond between you and your pet. Getting your pet desexed (neutered or spayed) is essential to their health. All Greencross Vets facilities are completely sterile and use the latest in surgical equipment.


Prevention is the best medicine. Kitten and puppy vaccinations (injections) and adult pet vaccinations prevent disease. Get your pet’s vaccinations up-to-date.

Heartworm Prevention

Meet The Team

Kath Galea

Kath Galea

Kath has been grooming dogs for over 13 years. She has a lifetime’s worth of experience in the animal industry, from breeding and showing Airedale terriers to working in multiple grooming salons before opening her own. Kath now resides here at Greencross Faulconbridge, grooming all types of dogs, any size, any coat type. She is also one of the very few groomers in Sydney that can offer hand stripping, so make sure to book in as she fills up fast!

Dr Fiona Hyde Page

Dr Fiona Hyde Page

Fiona graduated in 2004 and has worked as a small animal veterinarian ever since. She has a particular interest in Avian Medicine and studied this subject for her Master of Veterinary Medicine degree, alongside Canine and Feline Oncology, Emergency Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging. For her thesis she researched blood transfusions in birds infected with avian malaria. She graduated with her masters degree from Massey University, New Zealand, in 2017. Outside of work she enjoys reading and spending time with her pet birds: Hugo the budgie; Bourke the Bourke’s parrot; and her four doves- Doveman, Pete, Manu and Lady Edith.

Dr Blake Britton

Dr Blake Britton

Blake has over 50 satisfying years as a veterinary surgeon. He has been awarded a Masters degree in veterinary studies, has qualified by examination to be a member of the College of Veterinary Science and has a particular interest in surgery and difficult medical cases. Blake enjoys sharing his vast experience and knowledge with younger vets and also respects and understands the special role that family pets have in our world.

Fiona Skinner

Fiona Skinner

Fiona began her nursing career in 2011 when she started working for a busy veterinary clinic in Penrith, Sydney. Fiona went on to complete her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing part time and graduated in 2013. She is passionate about all aspects of nursing and continuing her education and is currently completing her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing. Fiona joined our team in 2016 as the practice manager, and loves her new position. She likes to spend her spare time with her 2 English staffies, Shadow & Cooper and her adopted, ginger cat, Steve.
